Terms and conditions apply to all services provided by The Luck Factory SRL to our clients. By signing the Order Form or otherwise engaging The Luck Factory SRL the Client confirms acknowledgement with these legal mentions.

Terms and Conditions

If you agree on with these Terms and Conditions (T&C) it means you are confirming that you a potential Client (also ‘client’) have read, understand and accept them. Kindly read the following items.

Scope of Service

The Luck Factory SRL (also ‘The Luck Factory’, ‘We’, ‘we’, ‘us’ and’ the Company’ ) provide the following services:

Development of programs and platforms
Online entertainment
Data processing
Technical support
Domain names creation
Web hosting
Professional consultation regarding all the above-mentioned services.

By accepting these T&C, our client understands and agrees that The Luck Factory will not carry responsibility for any services (scope of work) besides the ones listed in the contract we have signed. The clients also agree that The Luck Factory is not responsible or liable for the products developed by any other company (third party company). If the client wants any services that not listed in the already signed contract, we should sign an additional contract with adding additional services that the Client wants, besides the ones that The Luck Factory cannot provide at all.

Ownership

After the payment is provided to The Luck Factory, we will grant all rights to the products developed by our Company to the client.

Regarding services. The Luck Factory holds the intellectual right to our knowledge and we will share them with the Clients after the payment.

Client’s Private Content

When The Luck Factory applying a product for developing, the Client warrants to us that:

a) The client owner of all the content (including but not limited to intellectual rights) he/she provides to The Luck Factory.
b) Harassing, threatening, or in any way unlawful content will be not accepted by us.
c) The content is in accordance with all legal rights, including trademarks and copyrights.

Access to Site and Information

When creating a Web solution, our specialists probably require access to all relevant client’s website(s). The client hereby agrees to provide the right of entry and access to the website(s) for our specialists.
You also guarantee that all rights for the website(s) belong to the client. The Luck Factory will not be responsible for any data loss or other possible damage caused during the time we have access to the website(s).

Terms of the Payments

Prior to beginning any type of works, our Company and the Client must sign a contract.

The contract must include:

1. Term of the contract
2. Services that The Luck Factory will provide
3. Responsibilities of our Company and the Client
4. Other important articles

The Contract will also include the sum of payment The Luck Factory will receive for the provided for client works (services). The Luck Factory makes an invoice and provides it to the client for payment once the contract is signed. The Luck Factory starts any work only after receiving the payment. If a client fails with timely payment, we have all the right to suspend our performance and to apply interest charges of up to 15% on all the invoices that are past-due.

Our specialists need access to all relevant client’s website(s) in the process of creating a Web solution. The client with this T&C agrees to provide the right of entry and access to the website(s). The Client guarantees that he/she has all rights for the website(s). For any data loss or other possible damage caused during the time we have access to the website(s) The Luck Factory will not be responsible.

Terms of the Payments

The Client and The Luck Factory need to sign a contract before beginning any works. The contract must include: 1. Services that we will provide 2. Key responsibilities of the parties 3. Timing 4. Other important articles. The amount of payment that The Luck Factory will receive for the provided works (services) will be also include in the contract. We will make an invoice and provide it to the client for payment once the contract is signed. We will start the work after receiving the payment. If a client fails with timely payment, we have all the right to suspend our performance and to apply interest charges of up to 10% on all the invoices that are past-due.
